Our founder, Barones, grew up embracing her multicultural heritage and unique sense of style. She faced many challenges, from bullying in the corporate world, breaking into the rock photography scene as a female, to pushing against the ideas of what a women should be. These experiences fueled her desire to create a brand where every woman, especially the underdog, could feel empowered, celebrated, and completely herself.

CREATIVE BEGINNINGS
Rock Photographer to Digital Artist
My career began as a rock photographer, capturing the raw, spontaneous moments of artists ranging from Slayer to Kenny G. Concerts, clubs, and outdoor festivals were my everyday landscape. But after years of photographing sweaty men in intense environments, I sought a new artistic direction.
I ventured into glamour photography, where I combined my love for painting by applying makeup to clients and transforming their appearance for stunning photo sessions. It wasn’t long before I mastered digital tools, using technology to enhance my images and bring my creative visions to life.
From Photography to Jewelry: Crafting Wearable Art
Jewelry became my next adventure, where I transformed my artistic passions into a three-dimensional form. Inspired by art, music, and history, I designed pieces with a Vintage Noir flair. These creations blended my love of fashion with my rebellious spirit, offering an eclectic, bold style that resonated with daring women yearning to live life unapologetically.
Full Circle: Glamour Photography and Motion Portraits
Eventually, I returned to my first love photography. This time, I merged all of my creative passions: photography, makeup, digital artistry, and jewelry. I launched a unique alternative glamour business, creating edgy, personalized portraits that celebrate beauty in all its forms. I even explored motion portraits, bringing images to life with a cinematic flair.
